In May 1954 Roger Banister, became the first athlete to run a mile in 3 minutes, 59.4 seconds, beating a record which had tried to break through more than 100 years. This event attracted the attention of media around the world. Back then, scientists and doctors said that achieving a feat as that was humanly impossible, that try it could make a person’s heart exploded, bones to break and muscles were torn in the effort this feat in itself is astonishing, but perhaps the most interesting is what happened next in the span of 7 months of beating this recordother 37 athletes managed to also break the barrier of 4 minutes and in the following 3 years, other 300 did so the key question is how did this happen? If a few months earlier, running a mile in less than 4 minutes was considered something physically impossible how was that just Roger Banister managed to beat this record, many others did also? Is it that the human body made a sudden quantum jump that made that the capabilities of the human body would expand? Is clear that not what changed were the thoughts of people, and what once seemed impossible in their minds, now it was not a limiting belief, a paradigm had been broken, and then the human being was capable and easily achieved what before this seemed impossible I want to show you the power of your thoughts in your lifemuch which you can limit it or you can do able. Your world is a reflection of what you think and think. Your thoughts can make you feel happy or sad, optimistic or pessimistic, capable or incapable.

Some thoughts can be kind, loving and optimistic, other stressful, limiters, and pessimistic. And latter is the which prevent us from being happy and live fully. Often live based on thoughts and beliefs have learned from children, limiting thoughts, fears and paradigms we have taken for granted, as absolute truths and that we have not challenged for check its veracity. .
